Return and refund

Our refund policies and exchange

This section describes how the repayments are calculated and explains our payout procedures also order gift. Our procedures for repayment will not affect your rights.

Notes redemption:

  • The refund is made by crediting the amount to the same mode of payment you have chosen to purchase. Any changes in the method of credit will be notified in advance.
  • You can control returns and full refunds in the summary of the order within the Account section. If returns and refunds not appear after four weeks since you sent your return, please contact us for further assistance.

When can I get a refund?

Articles made because incorrect, damaged or defective.

If you return an item because of our mistake or because the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, and it was not possible to repair or replace operation, you will be refunded the price of the item. inspect all the items that have been returned as damaged or defective. In the event that is not found no fault, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs and any other expenses incurred.

Items returned within 30 days

You can return the products purchased on up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the same. In this case we will refund the price of the item.Do not be reimbursed the costs of shipment incurred to obtain the product or the other services associated with your purchase. The cost of returning the item to will not be refunded but will remain your responsibility.

Right of return within 10 days

When I give up the purchase within ten working days of delivery of the article, you will be refunded the price of the item that shipping charges incurred by you to receive it. The withdrawal will apply the following guidelines:

  • If you return an item that is part of a multiple order, you will be refunded only the costs of the single item returned.
  • If you return your entire order, you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs for 'the full order.
  • The costs of returning the item to will not be reimbursed and will remain your responsibility.

When can I get the replacement part?

Articles replaced because incorrect, damaged or defective.

If the item delivered does not correspond to Article ordered on due to our mistake or because the item is damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please follow the following procedure:

  1. Send us a message to the email within 30 days of delivery of the item.
  2. Place the item to be replaced in their original packaging, along with the components within it, just as was received.
  3. Proceed safe packaging of the goods to be replaced and send it at: Bema Boutique, Via Giovanni Pascoli, 34 - 45100 Rovigo (RO)

Once you received the item,Bema Boutique controls the suitability of your replacement request, and then proceed to the delivery of the requested item.

Bema Boutique could not accept the request for replacement if it is established that the item is damaged because the package does not fit in when returned by the customer or by the absence of components previously included in the packaging of the article.
